IT Director- Modernized the global infrastructure, processes, and procedures of this Not-for-Profit Think-Tank which is Making the World a Safer and Better Place.
- Implemented off-site disaster-recovery/business-continuity for critical systems, redundancy and recovery for less critical systems.
- Implemented high-definition video conferencing to enable the Institute to host global world-leader and influencer meetings.

- Led the project to move to a modern NYC office in 2009. Coordinated the different contractors during the construction and move. Did it all again for our Brussels, Belgium office in 2010.
- Implemented new VoIP phone system over private MPLS between our sites to further improve communications while also reducing costs.
- Proposed, presented, and managed an annual IT $.5M budget. Created and presented strategic and fiscal budget plans to executive staff. Always within budget.
- Evaluated, proposed, and implemented firewalls, VPN, network balancing, security, videoconferencing, Helpdesk services, storage services, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuation plans.
- Hands-on design and support of ShoreTel VoIP PBX, BlueCoat ProxySG, Windows 2003 R2 servers, Windows XP/7 desktops, Network Appliance NAS and iSCSI SAN, VMware virtualization, Juniper firewall, VPN, and SSL remote access systems, MPLS WAN, SharePoint Intranet, MS-SQL databases, and KACE KBOX System Management platform.
